With a new warehouse of 13,500 square metres, MultiLine has created a central warehouse to centralise activity, including administration.
The warehouse has an interior height of 14.8 metres, which enabled Constructor to install pallet racks with a total height of 11.5 metres.
Solution:
Constructor Denmark installed a total of 18,430 pallet racking positions. Each pallet position has a load capacity of 1000 kg. The installation afforded storage of pallets with different heights, ranging from 1,400 mm to 2,500 mm. The uprights are heavy duty and 11,500 mm high. The height to the first supporting level is 2,630 mm, which required the use of heavy duty box beams on the lowest supporting level. The upper supporting level is placed at a height of 11,230 mm. The racks contain 5/6 supporting levels.
