Bielany office was preparing to transfer all departments into one new purpose built building. During the design process Bielany decided to have an automated storage solution for their two largest departments.
The main issue was within the Citizen Department and the storage of driver’s evidence. Huge amounts of files had to be close to each other and guarantee easy access for customer service at the front desk.
Solution:
Dexion provided two Paternoster Vertical Storage machines with special plastic boxes for files. The machines are located in the basement and go through a hole in the ceiling into the ground floor. Openings for the collection of files were placed at ground floor level. The Paternoster Vertical Storage machines are equipped with new PaC100 control devices and TC2000 to handle document flow.
