Flexible Pull-Out Units for Beams and Floors

Designed for flexibility, universal pull-out units can be mounted on pallet racking beams or directly on the floor. Choose from load capacities of 300 to 1,000 kg, with trays and shelves supporting 200 to 300 kg and extension options from 62 to 100%. Two-way models provide convenient access from either side of the rack.

Ergonomic manual picking in a new P90 warehouse

Danfoss equipped its new 2,700 m² warehouse in Silkeborg, Denmark, with Dexion P90 narrow aisle racking. Floor- and beam-mounted pull-out units make manual picking at the first level safer and more ergonomic, while mesh gratings support special 800 × 800 mm iron pallets.

Questions About Universal Pull-Out Units

Can universal pull-out units be installed in existing racking?

Yes. They mount on the beams of existing pallet racking or stand on the floor. We check beam capacity for the extended load first.

Which load carriers fit?

Pallets, pallet collars, cartons and trays. Shelf versions carry 200 to 300 kg.

What does two-way extension mean for the layout?

The unit can be pulled out to both sides of the rack, so two aisles can pick from one position.
